This explains what we collect on kanesgunshops.com and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Order details: name, email, shipping address, phone if you give one, the items ordered, your dealer's details and any notes.
- Payment data: card details are entered on our payment provider's page and processed by them. We never see or store your card number.
- Technical data: standard request logs such as IP address and browser type, used to serve pages and stop abuse.
Cookies and local storage
Your cart lives in your own browser's storage so it survives a page reload. We do not run advertising cookies or cross-site trackers.
How we use it
To process your order, arrange the transfer with your dealer, answer support email, and keep the records a firearms sale requires. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for marketing.
Who sees it
- The FFL dealer you choose, so they can receive and transfer the firearm
- The shipping carrier, for delivery
- Our card payment provider, to take payment
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as firearms sales records must be kept, then deleted. Support email is kept while it is useful to your order history.
Your choices
Email [email protected] to see, correct or delete what we hold. We delete whatever we are not legally required to keep.
Children
This site is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
