Eligibility

You must be old enough to buy the item where you live and legally allowed to possess a firearm. Federal law generally requires you to be 21 for a handgun from a dealer and 18 for a rifle or shotgun. Your dealer verifies this with Form 4473 and the background check. Placing an order does not guarantee you will pass it.

Transfers

Every firearm ships to a licensed dealer and the transfer is completed there. If the check is denied or the transfer cannot be completed, the firearm returns to us and we refund the purchase price, less shipping actually spent.

Your local law

Firearm law varies by state, county and city. You are responsible for knowing what is legal where you live. Nothing here is legal advice. We cancel and refund any order we cannot ship lawfully.

Prices and availability

Prices and stock change, and listings can contain errors. If an item is mispriced or unavailable after you order, we contact you and either confirm the correct price or cancel and refund in full.

Product information

Specifications and photographs come from manufacturers and distributors. We do not test the products ourselves. Confirm anything critical with your dealer before completing a transfer.

Warranty

Products carry the manufacturer's warranty. We add none of our own, and warranty claims are handled by the manufacturer.

Liability

As far as the law allows, our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for misuse of any product sold.
